Greg Ritter

Greg Ritter, Product Director for the Blackboard Beyond Initiative, has been working with instructional technology since the early 90's, first as faculty in the English departments at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond, then in the Academic Technology program at Gallaudet University (the university for the Deaf and hard of hearing). Greg's been at Blackboard since 1999 and worked on Blackboard's consulting, business development, and product development teams.

Best business travel experience: A lovely week in London between events at University of Northumbria at Newcastle and Thames Valley University. Believe it or not, I ran into Blackboard co-workers from the DC office in Leicester Square. Small world!

Worst business travel experience: The taxi driver from a NJ hotel to our meeting with Seton Hall University. He managed to lock his keys in the trunk -- along with our luggage and computers.
